Expenses

Billing Procedure

REGISTRATION:
A fee of $35 for all students is required along with the registration form to reserve class space. Online registration is also available on our website at
https://app.thestudiodirector.com/lemoineacademyofdance/portal.sd. Registration fees are non-refundable.

BILLING PROCEDURE: Tuition is figured on a yearly basis, which includes 10 months of classes and holidays. (September- June). Payments can be made online or in the office.

Monthly Tuition (based on hours per week)

1 Hour – $50.00
2 Hours- $65.00
3  Hours-$80.00
4  Hours-$95.00
5  Hours-$110.00

(For every ½ hour per week added, monthly tuition is increased by $7.50) Siblings enrolled receive $5.00 off monthly tuition. A 10% discount is available to students who pay all 10 months tuition in full at the time they register. Tuition is due on the first of each month. A $20.00 delinquent fee will be charged after the 10th of each month. $30.00 NSF charge on any returned check.)

Student Withdrawal
We must be notified in writing when a students drops a class. You will be charged each month until written notification is received. No expect ions to the is policy will be considered. The final date to withdraw is January 1. After this date, you will be responsible for paying tuition through the dance recital and all fees associated with the recital.

Absences
If your child is absent from any classes, full tuition is still required. Please note “Perfect Attendance” means no missed classes all dance year. Students who have Perfect Attendance will be recognized at the end of the dance year. The studio will be closed ONLY during the following holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, Mardi Gras & Easter. The studio will be open on all other school holidays (Tangipahoa Parish School System). The studio will be closed if the public schools are closed due to inclement weather. Tuition will not be adjusted if classes are canceled.

Yearly Expenses

Recital Fee
Lemoine Academy of Dance requires a fee of $155 per family. This fee covers the expenses of producing the show, including rental of the facility, special effects, lighting instruments/technicians, security, etc. and will be due in January. Each family receives two tickets. Remaining tickets are sold during ticket sales.

Program Fee
All students are required to have their picture in the recital program book. This $85 fee per family is due in March and includes one program.

Video Fee
A $30 Video fee will be assessed per family in April. Each family will get ONE video of their performance. Additional copies will be available to order for $25 each.
